A. Onur Karademir was born in 1969 in Denizli. He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1990. Between 1991 and 2011, he held senior executive positions in the iron and steel, textile, agriculture, and construction sectors. In 2010, he founded the office of Model Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ltd. Şti., and he has been active in the real estate sector for the past 15 years.

He was born in 1967 in Denizli. He is married and a father of two children. After completing a 13-year professional football career, he transitioned into the real estate sector.He has been actively working in real estate since 1996. In this field, he opened the Remax Tarz office under the Remax brand, which he believes in for its professionalism, and continued his career focusing on commercial real estate. Since 2020, he has started land investments in KKTC. Following this, he established the Eden Projects brand and, together with his business partners, began developing projects on these lands. Today, through both project sales offices and real estate offices, he continues to be actively involved in the development and sales of projects in KKTC.
